A 45-minute, one-on-one working session for small business owners. We walk through your actual week, find the one task quietly eating it, and put a real number on what it costs you.
How it works
We talk through your week together on a video call. Not a sales pitch, a working session. We map the hidden chains of small steps behind the tasks you dread and put hours on each one.
You receive a written audit report: your tasks ranked by time cost, with the biggest opportunity identified and what reclaiming it would look like. A real document, yours to keep whether or not we ever work together again.
Once you can see the problem clearly, you choose what to do about it. Fix it yourself with the report as your map, or build the fix with me. Either way, the audit stands on its own.
Booking and payment
- Sessions are booked through Calendly. Payment of $297 is collected in full at the time of booking, processed by Stripe.
- Each round is limited to 10 audit spots. When a round is full, a waitlist opens and waitlisted clients receive the next round’s booking link first.
- Sessions are 45 minutes over video call. You will receive your confirmation and call details by email after booking.
- Need to reschedule? Reply to your confirmation email and we will find a new time within the round window.
Who runs it
JourdainBuilds is the consulting practice of Jourdain Smith, an AI systems architect based in Washington, DC. The practice builds AI-powered operating systems for small businesses on one principle: you should own and understand what gets built, not rent it. The audit is where that starts, because you cannot fix what you cannot see.
